Provide a steady transfer of electricity to your Power House motors with a replacement 16/3 gauge wire or 14/3 gauge wire power cord. The replacement power cords are ideal if you need to shorten or lengthen your power span or replacing damaged cords. These underwater rated, 3-wire cable power cords include potted quick disconnects with an outside diameter of 1-1/8" or 1-3/8". Available Options: 115V NEMA 5-15P Plug with power cord lengths from 25' to 150'. 230V NEMA 6-15P Plug with power cords lengths from 25' to 400'. Both 115V and 230V have a 16/3 or 14/3 gauge wire.
Use the 16/3 gauge wire for all Power House Ice Eater De-Icer motors. Use the 14/3 gauge wire power cords for Power House Ice Eaters, 1/2 hp and 1 hp Fountains, High Volume Surface Aerators, or White LED Light Kits.

Select Appropriate Wire
*Your existing power cord should state what size your power cord is. If you are unable to see it on the cord the 16/3 gauge wire is compatible with all Power House Ice Eaters. The 14/3 gauge is compatible with Power House Ice Eaters, F-Series Aerators, and Decorative Lighting.
How to Install
- Unplug your Power House motor from the power source.
- Loosen and remove the existing power cord.
- Take the Power House Replacement Power Cord and run it through the 2-1/2" water intake hole at the bottom of the shroud.
- Apply a small pea-sized amount of dielectric grease to the power cord connector.
- Line up the pins and holes from the power cord and connector on the end bell, and then twist it on.
Hand Tighten Only - Do Not Over Tighten - Do Not Use Tools - Pull out additional slack through the 2-1/2" water intake hole and secure it with a clip and screw one additional measure you can take is to secure the power cord to a bracket with a zip tie and then secure it with the clip and screw on the shroud to prevent the power cord from hitting the propeller.
